Our Tent Sizing Worksheet is a guide to assist you in determining the size tent you will need according to your particular requirements and the number of people attending the event.

The information you key into the worksheet will recommend a tent size to accommodate your needs. The tent size the worksheet computes and recommends is an estimate only. Many other factors such as site area and layout design may determine that your event may require a different style or size tent.

To assure the appropriate size and style of tent for your event, we often recommend a site survey. If a site survey is required, Butler Signature Events charges an on site consultation fee. Once client books and confirms reservation, consultation fee is applied towards confirmed contract.
